About the role

You will turn messy, manual business processes into reliable automations, from the first conversation with a client to the live system.

You will work in a small team where engineers talk to clients directly.

Responsibilities

Map a client's current process and design the workflow that replaces it
Build and test automations, integrations and AI agents
Document what you build so clients and teammates can run it
Monitor live workflows and fix problems quickly

Requirements

2+ years building software or automations
Comfortable with APIs, webhooks and data formats such as JSON
Clear written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus
Curious about how businesses actually run
